The Roosen BPL tilters are used to rotate products such as (paper) rolls from an upright, vertical position (the usual storage position in the warehouse) to a horizontal position (machine loading position) — and vice versa.
Loading and unloading the tipper can be done easily by means of a hand pallet truck or forklift. The tipper only needs to be fixed/placed on the ground/floor and connected to the power network.
